These Terms and Conditions can be found at tronapay.com. These Terms and Conditions along with this form have the characteristics of a one-time payment agreement within the scope of Law on Payment and Security Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions numbered 6493 and the relevant regulations.

Data Protection and Privacy

We may process your personal information and the details of your transfer in our systems in order to provide you the required services and to prevent fraud or other illegal activities.
We may also obtain information about you from reputable reference sources as part of verification processes and other services we provide to you (including market research, special promotions and sending you information about our services) as permitted by law.
We may, for the above purposes, share the collected personal information with affiliates, agents, service providers, law enforcement officials, courts, The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), The Financial Crimes Investigation Boards (FCIB) or the sender, any of whom may be in a country other than your own. We will not share the information with anyone else except as permitted or required by law or regulations.

Commercial Electronic Message Consent

I hereby confirm and undertake that Tronapay A.Ş. can send me audio or visual commercial electronic messages for direct marketing or commercial purposes via instant messaging services, telephone, fax, e-mail, or any other message by means of telecommunication.

Beneficiary Declaration

Sending customer hereby declares that he will act as the real beneficiary as defined in ‘’Article no:15 of Law No 5549 on Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime’’ published on the Official Gazette on October 18th, 2006. The customer further agrees and undertakes to comply with the Law No: 5549 and its provisions for declaring his authorization and providing necessary identity verification documents prior to the transactions done by himself on behalf of someone else.

I hereby acknowledge and declare that I will not hold Tronapay responsible for any direct or consequential damage or loss to occur due to non-delivery of the transfer amount to the recipient as a result or false incomplete information or missing or incomplete IBAN number. I also acknowledge and declare that Tronapay will not be held liable in case the sender or receiver information is listed in any sanction list published by the domestic or international authorities, in case there are precautionary measures being applied by authorized courts about the sender or receiver or in case the transfer amount is not processed or confiscated by the correspondent bank or recipient’s payment corporation or not paid to the recipient due to similar reasons. I agree and declare that Tronapay is not responsible for extra charges that come from correspondent bank because of SWIFT transaction and allow Tronapay to charge for dormant funds. I acknowledge and declare that I have read and understand the explanations on the form and that the form is filled correctly and completely and declare that the mobile phone number I have provided on the form shall be used in all legal communication with Tronapay. Please process this order with provided information as requested.
